It features 4GB LPDDR4 memory (expandable up to 8GB), 32GB eMMC (expandable up to 128GB), and transceivers supporting 12.5Gbps, and it can operate in a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. With a variety of interfaces such as PCIe Gen3 and USB OTG, it strongly supports flexible designs for edge AI and control applications.
